AMICAL (1) showed good tactical speed fresh at Balaklava but tired late into fourth. Has been kept fresh with 33 days in between and will prove tougher to reel in with added fitness. MR VEXATIOUS (5) has mixed his form in his debut prep, producing a better run last time at headquarters when sticking on gamely into fourth. Backs up quickly and if he improves again he's right in the mix. MY CHERIE AMOR (8) was much better last time at Balaklava when sent forward, only to be run down late. They should look to do the same from the wide alley and with added fitness she might be able to steal it. IMPENDING FURY (3) returns and makes his stable debut for the Rutten camp. Form around him last campaign stacks up and he reunites with Holder, who will need to be on top of his fame from the wide draw. Keeping safe.
