OAKFIELD MARS (5) is a 12-start maiden who gets her chance in this shallow maiden. Settled handy then tried hard but found one better last start over this course and distance. Draws a nice gate again. Just needs to hold that form to take this out. TRAPEAZY (11) worked home evenly without ever raising backers' hopes when resuming over 5 ½f at Scone last time out. Gets all the favours from the inside gate. Lines up for only the third time so there is plenty of scope for improvement. ALBERT'S PICK (2) showed pace but weakened in the run home over this trip at Quirindi on Monday. Must be respected if the stable chooses to back up quickly. TIGER TIERS (10) earns a pass mark for her return over 5f at this track recently. Should be more effective over an extra 1f. NOT MEE (4) dropped out after leading for home here at this trip last start. Fitter and might offer a bit more this time.
