PROXIMA CENTAURI (10) returned for her second prep with a respectable on-pace fifth over 6 ½f at Hawkesbury. Comes back a grade and expected to take a hand in the finish. MISS LEEWAY (8) is mixing her form and gets one more chance fifth-up from the inside gate. Went out hard and swamped late in the small field when fourth over 7 ½f at this track. Expected to go close. WHAT SHE'S HAVING (11) back from a lengthy break and can get off the mark quickly this time in. Stalked the speed at her second race start with a narrow second over 1m at Nowra last December. Fitted with the two trials and can play a leading role. WHO I THINK I AM (12) just under a year off when she returned with a tiring last in the small field over 6f at Gosford. Will appreciate the firmer track and improvement is anticipated at this level.
